Fantastic experience overall, but the restaurant was disappointing. The clam chowder tasted more like a potato soup, missing the clam taste entirely. And the Margherita Pizza was made with parmesan or Romano instead of the essential mozzarella. Despite having a daily food credit, we avoided dining there after the first night.
Excellent location, room was pristine and peaceful. There was a thoughtful touch with a bottle of Rose for our anniversary, plus a stocked selection of drinks and snacks.

The room was stunning, spacious, and spotless. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable with on-site valet parking. Superb location.
Conveniently close to Pier 39, surrounded by eateries, souvenir shops, and a 7/11. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the cozy lighting added a nice touch. The Filipino staff, particularly Ben and Roy, were very helpful and courteous.
The entire team was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotless. The proximity to Pier 39 was a bonus. They provided fire pits on the patio with complimentary blankets and s'mores kits in the evenings. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel served a delicious Margherita pizza that we enjoyed in our room. An Uber ride took us from Zoe to the Davies Theater downtown, making it perfect for a short weekend escape.

The staff was remarkable; everyone from the receptionist to the housekeeping team greeted us with smiles. Dining at Pescatore Trattoria was delightful, both in terms of food quality and service. Perfectly situated in the Fisherman’s Wharf, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and transport. Our stay was exceptional. Many thanks!
Enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby and the excellent service. The location was perfect, and the room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable with great water pressure in the shower. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable.
